AceShowbiz - Megan Thee Stallion continues to give fans a special treat ahead of the release of her new album, "MEGAN". Taking to social media, the Grammy winner unleashed a new cover art for the project.

Making use of Instagram on Saturday, June 8, the femcee shared a picture of her naked self popping oout of a gigantic egg with a letter M behind her. In the caption, she wrote, "MY NEW ALBUM MEGAN DROPS 6.28. Pre save now and stay tuned in if you're a real hottie."

During her "Hot Girl Summer" tour stop in Atlanta, Megan surprised fans by unveiling the album's title and a QR code allowing attendees to pre-save the record. The announcement comes after the rapper teased the project with a series of snake-themed singles, "Cobra," "Hiss" and "BOA".

In an interview with L'OFFICIEL, Megan described the album as "music I would like if I wasn't Megan Thee Stallion." While tapping into new sounds, she emphasized that the project remains authentic to her style.

"It's a rebirth, a renewal," Megan explained. "This is the whole concept of this album. We started with the snake because I love snakes, but I feel like they're misunderstood. They represent rebirth, spirituality. I like darker things, things that are a little scary, unique. I picked the snake because it's kind of like an antihero."

Prior to the album's release, Megan collaborated with GloRilla and Cardi B on a remix of their song "Wanna Be", which dropped on May 31. She has also released standalone singles "I Think I Love Her" and "Like a G6" as part of her #MeganMondays series.
