Though they publicly confirmed their split in February, the pair vowed to remain the "closest of friends" as they co-parent their three-year-old son, Arthur.
The former couple appeared to be on excellent terms as they were seen smoking and drinking outside a restaurant. The singer, 37, and the art dealer, 32, shared a warm embrace before parting ways.
Ellie was dressed stylishly in a black blazer, form-fitting top, and leather trousers, accessorized with a Stella McCartney bag. Caspar complemented her look with a beige jacket, black trousers, and a baseball cap.
This amicable dinner took place shortly after Ellie returned from a trip to Costa Rica, where she spent time with her new boyfriend, Armando Perez. Ellie documented her adventures on Playa Hermosa beach and in the lush rainforest through a series of Instagram snaps. She first met Armando during a girl's holiday in December, and the pair has since been frequently spotted together on the beaches near Santa Teresa.
The separation between Ellie and Caspar became public following the release of photos showing Ellie enjoying the Costa Rican waves with Armando, notably without her wedding ring. Their marriage, which began with a star-studded ceremony at York Minster in August 2019, is now focused on co-parenting Arthur.
In a February Instagram post, Ellie addressed the situation, "In light of recent stories, I feel I have been left with no choice but to let you all know that Caspar and I privately separated some time ago. We remain the closest of friends and have been successfully co-parenting with our son's best interests at heart."
Despite the split, the pair has remained supportive of each other, even reuniting for a stroll in London and sharing mutual interests like attending the Championship playoff final at Wembley Stadium to support Leeds United. Their continued camaraderie demonstrates a mature approach to their evolving relationship, prioritizing their son's well-being above all else.
