AceShowbiz - Earlier this week, NBA YoungBoy a.k.a. YoungBoy Never Broke Again was arrested after a raid of his Utah home, dubbed Grave Digger Mountain. Officials allege that he and his crew orchestrated a large-scale prescription drug fraud scheme, using phony prescriptions to obtain drugs like promethazine and codeine.

The arrest stems from an investigation by Cache County, Utah, authorities, who received a tip from a suspicious pharmacist. Investigators believe YoungBoy and others contacted pharmacies using real doctors' names and DEA numbers to call in prescriptions, which were then filled.

Following his arrest, a federal judge signed a request from prosecutors to schedule a bond revocation hearing. Gaulden has been on house arrest in Utah while awaiting trial in Louisiana on gun possession charges. If Judge Shelly Dick determines that he violated his pre-trial release terms, he could be held until trial.

Moreover, YoungBoy has been ordered back to his hometown of Baton Rouge, where he must remain until his fate is determined. He faces 63 counts of various charges related to his alleged drug-related crimes in Utah, including identity fraud, procuring prescriptions fraudulently, forgery, drug possession and weapons possession.

Gaulden's attorney has not yet commented on the charges. He has previously faced legal issues, including charges in Baton Rouge for weapon and assault offenses. The latest arrest is expected to further impact his pre-trial release status and could potentially result in him being held in jail until his trial.
