AceShowbiz - Dr. Nicole Martin, star of "The Real Housewives of Miami", and her fiance, Anthony Lopez, have welcomed their second child, a baby girl. Martin confirmed the news on her Instagram Story on Thursday, saying, "Mommy and baby girl are recovering from a C-section that was earlier than expected."

The couple's new arrival joins their 4½-year-old son, Greyson. Martin announced her pregnancy exclusively to PEOPLE in November, saying, "Anthony and I wear many hats, but we always say that being parents is by far our favorite!"

Martin, an anesthesiologist, and Lopez, a lawyer, met by chance in 2015. They got engaged in Aspen, Colorado, in 2021.

Martin shared a video of her post-C-section on Instagram, adding, "We are doing good and thank you for all the warm wishes... Baby girl is trying to figure things out."

Fellow "Real Housewives" star Guerdy Abraira commented, "Auntie reporting for duty!!!" while Larsa Pippen and Alexis Nepola shared their congratulations.

Martin has been a main cast member on "Real Housewives of Miami" since 2021. In addition to her reality TV career, she is a board-certified anesthesiologist.
