The tech mogul and the 3-year-old boy are pictured bonding at the sporting event as he's currently embroiled in a custody battle with the singer, with whom he shares two other kids.

AceShowbiz - Elon Musk brought his son X to the highly-anticipated Super Bowl LVII in Las Vegas on Sunday, February 11. The tech mogul and his son, whose full name is X Æ A-Xii, were pictured bonding at the sporting event at the Allegiant Stadium.

A picture that circulated on the Internet saw Elon going for a casual look as he wore a black tee, dark pants as well as black sunglasses. As for his little boy, whom he shares with ex Grimes, he stood in front of him. Rocking a blue jacket with brown design around the hoodie, the 3-year-old appeared to be fully engrossed in the match between the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers.

Meanwhile, a photo shared by sports apparel mogul Michael Rubin featured Elon carrying X on his shoulders. The X CEO was joined by New England Patriots CEO Robert Kraf in the snap.

Elon and X's dad and son outing came amid the 52-year-old businessman's custody battle with his former partner Grimes over their three children. In addition to X, the exes share 2-year-old daughter Exa Dark Sideræl and 1-year-old son Techno "Tau" Mechanicus.

Back in September 2023, the "Genesis" singer filed a "petition to establish parental relationship" in California. The 35-year-old requested the court to identify the legal parents of a child when they are unmarried.

Three days before Grimes filed her lawsuit, Elon filed in Texas seeking to become the kids' legal parent as he claimed he has had "actual care, control and possession of each child since the birth of each child," adding that the kids were living in the Lone Star State.

Prior to that, the musician made a public plea in a now-deleted tweet. Responding to author Walter Isaacson's tweet sharing photos of the Tesla founder's twins with Shivon Zilis, she wrote, "Tell Shivon to unblock me and tell Elon to let me see my son or plz respond to my lawyer." She added, "I have never even been allowed to see a photo of these children until this moment, despite the situation utterly ripping my family apart."
