In new court documents, the 'Cosby Show' alum informs a Los Angeles court that she and the 'Aquaman' actor have come to an agreement regarding their property and marital rights.

AceShowbiz - Jason Momoa and Lisa Bonet's divorce is already settled just hours after she filed to end their six-year marriage. The smooth and quick resolution hints that the former couple appears to have hashed things out before they went to court.

On Monday, January 7, the same day she filed for divorce, the actress informed a Los Angeles court that she and the "Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom" star have come to an agreement regarding their property and marital rights.

"The parties have a written agreement that will be submitted to the court, or a stipulation for judgment will be submitted to the court," read the new court documents obtained by Page Six. The divorce is listed as "uncontested," meaning neither party plans to fight it in court.

Confirming the report with a slightly different account of the timeline, TMZ reveals that the agreement also stipulates the custody of their 2 children, child support and spousal support. According to the news outlet, the former spouses agreed to share joint and physical custody of their children Lola and Nakao, and they'll share the living expenses of the kids without any formal child support payments.

Both Jason and Lisa have also waived their rights to receive spousal support. Despite the amicable settlement, the "Game of Thrones" alum and the former "The Cosby Show" star won't be legally declared single until July of this year, when the docs say their single status will officially be restored.

As reported before, Lisa filed for divorce on Monday, two years after their split was announced. She listed October 7, 2020 as the date of separation, which is nearly 15 months before they publicly revealed they were no longer together.

"We have all felt the squeeze and changes of these transformational times... A revolution is unfolding - and our family is of no exception... feeling and growing from the seismic shifts occurring. And so - We share our Family news - That we are parting ways in marriage," they said in a statement.

They continued, "We share this not because we think it's newsworthy - But so that - as we go about our lives we may do so with dignity and honesty. The love between us carries on, evolving in ways it wishes to be known and lived. We free each other - to be who we are learning to become..."

Concluding the statement, they promised, "Our devotion unwavering to this sacred life our Children. Teaching our Children What's possible - Living the Prayer May Love Prevail."
