AceShowbiz - Kyle Kuzma has been dragged to court by someone who claimed his dog "viciously" bit him. A man named Bernardo Tosto filed a lawsuit against the NBA star over the incident that allegedly took place earlier this year.
The attack reportedly happened while Kyle and Bernardo were on a plane on May 4 near the Van Nuys airport in California. According to the legal docs obtained by [u=https://www.tmz.com/2023/10/25/kyle-kuzma-sued-over-alleged-dog-attack-on-plane/]TMZ Sports[uu], the plaintiff's right arm suddenly got bitten by the athlete's dog when he was walking toward the cabin of the plane.
Bernardo, who is suing for unspecified damages, stated that he suffered "severe injuries" following the ordeal. He put the blame on the professional basketball player because the latter "did not take any action to secure the dog."
Back in 2020, Kyle adopted a nine-week-old, white-coated Siberian Husky and named her Snoh. Sharing his excitement of welcoming his new pet, he told Spectrum SportsNet in April of that year, "It's the perfect time... I've wanted a dog for so many years, like six, seven years. What better time than to do it now? I've got all the time in the world because I'm here taking care of it, doing everything. It's fun."
Not long after, Kuzma added another canine companion. In 2021, Kuzma posted a picture of him walking Snoh and Duke, a dark-colored Belgian Malinois, near the Washington Monument in Washington DC after getting traded to the Wizards. "Took the kids sight seeing," he captioned the post.
