AceShowbiz - Tiffany Watson is struggling to lose the baby weight. The 29-year-old "Made In Chelsea" star gave birth to her first child, son Jude, with Colchester United footballer husband Cameron McGeehan in June, but admitted "the weight hasn't dropped off."
"I was quite naive in thinking - everyone was like to me 'oh my God if you breastfeed the weight just drops off,' but I haven't found that to be the case because I get so hungry because of breastfeeding," she said to MailOnline.
"I'm eating more than I normally would because of those levels of hunger are like completely different. I feel like the weight hasn't dropped off like everyone said, so maybe my expectations were quite high with that."
"Also it's just like finding the time to actually go to the gym which is really non-existent and when you do have an hour free it's like 'oh I should probably prioritise doing some work or sorting out the house.' "
"It's tough, it is tough but we've just joined a gym and we said we'd go together and he'd watch Jude and I'd do a class and then we'd swap, so hopefully we can stick to that which would be nice."
And, she admitted it can be difficult to parent when Cameron is at away games. She said, "It's definitely a shock to the system, I don't think I quite prepared myself. I didn't do any NCT classes or read any books or anything, so I went into it quite blind."
"But I luckily had family around who were able to help me out in the first few weeks. I feel like it's only now that he's four months that I'm finding it a bit more manageable, but where it's days when Cameron is away for football and I'm on my own, it's tough."
