Before abruptly ending his performance at the Xfinity Theatre in Hartford over the weekend, the 'Dirt Road Anthem' crooner tried to sing another line from his song but he could barely do it.

AceShowbiz - Jason Aldean has given fans an update on his condition following his Connecticut concert. The country star ended his performance abruptly at the Xfinity Theatre in Hartford as he suffered from heat stroke, but his representative confirmed that he's now "doing well."

On Sunday, July 16, the venue issued a statement on Twitter and Instagram that read, "Yesterday's Jason Aldean show will be rescheduled for a future date. We appreciate your patience as we work on rescheduling a new date, as well as the outpouring of well wishes for Jason." It added, "A rep has confirmed he is now doing well after experiencing heat stroke during last night's performance."

Meanwhile, in a video shared on Instagram Story and Twitter, Jason explained, "I've had a lot of people check in on me today after hearing about what happened last night at the show in Connecticut." He continued, "I'm doing fine. It's just one of those things - it was hot, I was playing golf all day yesterday ... I think it was a combination of dehydration and heat exhaustion."

"It was pretty intense last night," the crooner added. "Anybody that was at the show knows how hot it was. I knew it was coming. I was trying to get through as much of the show as I could, and eventually I knew it wasn't going to happen and I was trying to just get off stage and figure out what was going on."

Jason ran off the stage on Saturday night after he showed obvious distress while singing "Crazy Town". In the middle of his performance, he retreated from the microphone to cough.

Jason attempted to continue his gig. However, he exited the stage and didn't return after barely singing another line of his song.
