AceShowbiz - Kyle Richards is not on the market. "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star confirmed that she's not single amid rumors suggesting she's dating Morgan Wade."

The Bravo personality set the record straight on her relationship status while filling up the gas for her Range Rover. She, however, kept mum when asked whether she and Megan were an item.

"I'm not gonna answer that," Kyle told a paparazzo, adding that they are "very good friends." When asked how "single life" has been treating her since news of her split from husband Mauricio Umansky made headlines, the 54-year-old crossed her arms and stated, "I'm not single."

Kyle insisted that she is "not divorced." The reality star went on to tell the inquiring paparazzo to "read [her] statement on Instagram."

In the said joint statement, Kyle and Mauricio said, "In regards to the news that came out about us today... Any claims regarding divorcing are untrue," the statement began to read. "However, yes, we have had a rough year. The most challenging one of our marriage. But we both love and respect each other tremendously."

"There has been no wrongdoing on anyone's part," they further elaborated. "Although we are in the public eye, we ask to be able to work through our issues privately. While it maybe be entertaining to speculate, please do not create false stories to fit a further salacious narrative."
