'LHH: Atlanta' Star Ariane Davis Booked for Domestic Violence

The reality TV star allegedly is involved in a physical altercation with a woman, who has a 'relationship together and live together' with Ariane, inside a Manhattan hotel.

AceShowbiz - "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Ariane Davis was arrested for attempted assault and harassment during her recent trip to New York City. The reality TV star was involved in an altercation with a woman inside a Manhattan hotel early Monday morning, June 12, according to police.

Law enforcement sources told TMZ that NYPD officers responded to a 911 call at 4:55 A.M. from a New York City-area hotel where Ariane and a female friend were staying. When the officers arrived at the scene, they found a woman with scratches to her face, neck and cheek that she got from a "domestic" dispute. The woman refused medical attention at the scene.

Ariane was later taken into custody at the hotel. She was arraigned at Manhattan criminal court on one count of attempted assault and one count of harassment. The VH1 star appeared in court in a black Balenciaga dress on Monday evening.

According to the prosecutor, Stephan Millan, Ariane made a statement to officers who arrived at the scene indicating her own guilt. He additionally noted that Ariane and the victim have a "relationship together and live together."

The prosecutor also said that Ariane requested a temporary order of protection, despite the victim not wanting one. "I've spoken to the victim and she did state that she did not want a full temporary order of protection, that she is not in fear of her safety," he stated. It's unclear if Ariane, who is bisexual, and the victim are in a romantic relationship.

Meanwhile, Judge Soma Syed issued the temporary order of protection and released Ariane. She is scheduled to appear in court on July 26.

In response to Ariane's arrest, the star's defense attorney Eric Sanders told The Post he believes the charges will be settled quickly. "It's an unfortunate incident to happen but hopefully it will be resolved by the next court date," he said.
