AceShowbiz - Beyonce Knowles' fans not only show love for the star, but also for daughter Blue Ivy. The 11-year-old daughter of the singing diva and Jay-Z was surprised to see a fan's sign for her while joining her mom on stage for the Barcelona leg of the "Renaissance World Tour" on Thursday, June 8.
In a video from the moment shared on Twitter, Blue Ivy donned an all-red and wore sunglasses. She was later seen waving to fans as she stepped onto the stage at Barcelona's Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys. She could be seen smiling at an audience member who could be heard in the video shouting, "Hey Blue!"
She also gave a look of surprise when she noticed that the fan held a glittery sign that read, "GO AWF BLUE! #IVY LEAGUE."
After the footage went viral, Blue Ivy's fans were delighted by the post. "She should know that we call her 'Beyonce's manager' and we think she is THE boss," one fan wrote on Twitter. Another fan added, "How do you know that she's a real performer? She didn't even get distracted by that sign."
The sign's creator also responded to the reaction on social media. "Good morning y'all!!! Love it or hate it….I made the #IvyLeague OFFICIAL !!! But seriously, Blue definitely deserves & has EARNED her very own fan base," the fan wrote in an Instagram video.
"It takes a LOT of confidence, strength & courage to do what she's doing, at ELEVEN YEARS OLD. She is definitely her mother's child! I wore blue just to show my support for her. I feel so blessed to have not only been able to witness her greatness in the flesh, but to also show her how much we love her stage presence! This is only the beginning," she added in the caption.
This wasn't the first time for Blue Ivy to join her mom on the stage at Beyonce's Renaissance Tour. Prior to this, Blue took part in performances at the tour, which was launched in Stockholm, Sweden in May. She surprised crowds in Paris last month with an unexpected cameo dancing alongside her mother. Later, she also took the stage once again in London.
Beyonce gushed over her daughter's incredible dance skills shortly after her performance in Paris. "My beautiful first born… I'm so proud and thankful to be your mama," the Grammy winner penned on May 29 via Instagram. The Houston native added, "You bring us so much joy, my sweet angel."
