AceShowbiz - Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's divorce is getting uglier as many have expected. After filing separate divorce petitions earlier this month, the former NFL star now accuses his estranged wife of having online gambling problem.

According to new reports, Kroy states in new legal documents that the reality TV star has been showing some "very troubling behavior" that's accelerated in the months leading up to their divorce. He claims Kim has admitted to him that she's "spending substantial time and marital funds on gambling and other games of chance," and "this compulsion has financially devastated the parties."

Kroy claims that Kim is unable to properly care for the couple's four minor children because her "time is so consumed with online gambling." He says he's concerned for the kids' safety and well-being as they are both seeking sole legal and primary physical custody of their biological children.

For that reason, Kroy asks the judge to order Kim to undergo a mental evaluation. He argues that her alleged gambling problem may be the result of underlying mental health issues like depression, anxiety, narcissistic personality disorder, bipolar disorder or ADHD.

This is after Kim demands that Kroy get drug-tested amid their divorce. In a motion filed to the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia on Tuesday, May 16, she claims that he witnessed Kroy smoking marijuana and it becomes her "concerns" about the "safety" of their four minor children.

"She is fearful that the children will be exposed to Respondent's drug use," Kim states in her motion. The exes, who have been married 11 years, share kids Kroy Jagger, 11, Kash, 10, and 9-year-old twins Kane and Kaia.

Kim and Kroy each filed for divorce from one another on May 5. She lists April 30 as the date of separation and says their marriage is "irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation."

Around the same time, reports emerged that the former "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star and the former football player owe $1.1 million to the IRS in unpaid taxes, interest and penalties from 2013, 2017 and 2018. They also owe the state of Georgia $15k for unpaid taxes for 2018.
