The former 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' star's motion arrives after the 44-year-old and Kroy each filed for divorce from one another on May 5 after 11 years of marriage.

AceShowbiz - Kim Zolciak accused her estranged husband Kroy Biermann of having a drug issue. The former "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star filed a motion to the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia on Tuesday, May 16 to get the former NFL player drug-tested amid their divorce.
According to TMZ, Kim witnessed Kroy smoking marijuana and it becomes her "concerns" about the "safety" of their four minor children. "She is fearful that the children will be exposed to Respondent's drug use," Kim went on noting in her motion. The exes, who were married 11 years, share kids Kroy Jagger, 11, Kash, 10, and 9-year-old twins Kane and Kaia.
In the legal documents obtained on Wednesday, the Bravo personality "requests that this Court issue an order to compel Respondent, Kroy Biermann, to submit to a five-panel hair follicle drug screen and to not cut or remove any of his hair until such time as the screen is complete."
Kim and Kroy each filed for divorce from one another on May 5 after 11 years of marriage. In the docs, they both state that they are in a "bona fide state of separation." She listed April 30 as the date of separation and said their marriage is "irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation."
Around the same time, reports emerged that the reality TV star and the former football player owe $1.1 million to the IRS in unpaid taxes, interest and penalties from 2013, 2017 and 2018. They also owe the state of Georgia $15k for unpaid taxes for 2018.
Days after the shocking divorce news, Kim broke her social media silence by sharing her first Story since the divorce reports surfaced. The 44-year-old beauty reposted a Story by her friend Elizabeth Arthur.
In the clip, the mother of six ditched her wedding ring as she learned to play "Fortnight". Her bare hand was visible as she put on the headphones while her friend was filming Kimwho was struggling to understand how the game works.
For the workout session, Kim flashed her taut tummy in a white cropped tank top paired with black jogging pants. Her long blonde hair was pulled up in a messy bun as she appeared to sport minimum to no makeup. She jokingly called herself an "idiot" as she put the headphones backwards while Elizabeth laughed at her.
