AceShowbiz - Lindsay Arnold has added mother of two to her resume. Six months after announcing that she and husband Sam Cusick were expecting their second child, the "Dancing With the Stars" professional dancer shared with the world that she has welcomed a baby girl.
On Thursday, May 4, the 26-year-old took to Instagram to announce the birth of her second daughter. "Baby girl is here," she shared the happy news in the caption of her post. On how she and her husband of five years felt over the arrival, she expressed, "And we are so in love."
Lindsay went on to share her and her baby's health condition. "Mama and baby are healthy and we are soaking up every minute with our little piece of Heaven." She did not forget to express gratitude by saying, "Thank you for all the love we will share more soon. #birth #babygirl #laboranddelivery #csection #birthannouncement."
Along with the happy announcement, Lindsay let out a couple of photos documenting her second child's birth. Capturing the TV personality, one snap saw her smiling to the camera with one hand resting on her sleeping newborn while her husband laid a kiss on her forehead. The second one captured her and her husband looking at each other while their baby rested under her chin.
Lindsay's baby girl announcement came months after she revealed the gender of her second baby. In November 2022, she took to Instagram and shared a video from the gender reveal party. At that time, her first daughter, 2-year-old Sage, made an appearance wearing a pink dress.
Along with the video, the "So You Think You Can Dance" alum expressed her excitement by writing, "IT'S A........... GIRL!!!! we are beyond excited to bring another sweet girl into our family and so so happy that Sage will have a sister (sic)."
