If a new report is to be believed, the 'Donda' artist is planning to focus on his family and his private Christian school Donda Academy instead of going with his 2024 presidential run.

AceShowbiz - Kanye West is allegedly no longer running for President of the United States in the 2024 election. If a new report is to be believed, the "Donda" artist is planning to focus on his family and his private Christian school Donda Academy instead.

Adam Camacho, a documentary producer hired by Ye's company to make a film in November 2022, spoke with the Daily Beast about his experiences and conversations with the rapper. Adam shared that after his contract was extended, the communication with the rapper soon dried up.

When he reached Ye, the former husband of Kim Kardashian allegedly told Adam that he changed his focus. "Right now, I am living my life - like I'm concentrating on the school, The Donda Academy, and my new wife, and my kids, and that's it," the Chicago star allegedly told Adam. "I just want to be left alone."

An anonymous employee of the "Jesus Is King" MC also echoed the sentiment. Of the Yeezy designer, the source told the news outlet, "His interests are focused on his children, family, and creative endeavors… Anyone that is representing Ye in any political capacity is a charlatan. There is no political shop."

The insider further claimed that Ye lost desire to be POTUS after tying the knot with his new wife Bianca Censori, who also works at Yeezy. The two made headlines for their surprise, private ceremony in January.

News of Ye's alleged decision to focus on Donda Academy came after two former Donda Academy teachers launched a lawsuit against the school and the musician, alleging racial discrimination, wrongful termination and more. Filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Wednesday, April 5, the lawsuit saw Cecilia Hailey and her daughter, Chekarey Byers, claiming that the Academy "violated education, health and safety codes, terminated educators based on race and retaliation, and failed to fully pay teachers."

Cecilia and Chekarey, who are black, claimed in the suit that Donda administrators targeted them with "stereotyping and coded language" and that some paychecks would arrive with money missing, or not be delivered entirely. They additionally accused the academy of ignoring serious bullying and other complaints "regarding sanitation, health, safety or education standard pursuant to local and state law." The plaintiffs added that their complaints were most likely the reasons why they got fired in March.
