The 64-year-old 'Like a Virgin' songstress reportedly calls it quits with her 23-year-old model lover, whom she met on a photoshoot soon after her split from 28-year-old Ahlamalik Williams last year.

AceShowbiz - Madonna is apparently having hard times lately. The 64-year-old Queen of Pop is reportedly suffering "crisis of confidence" after her breakup from her model lover Andrew Darnell and her controversial appearance at the 2023 Grammy Awards.

Page Six confirmed on Thursday, February 23 that the "Like a Virgin" hitmaker and the 23-year-old model have called time on their relationship and he has found romance with someone closer to his own age. "It was only a very casual thing [with Andrew] so she's not broken-hearted. It's just that it has come at a bad time," said a source.

"She's having a bit of a crisis of confidence and this doesn't help," the so-called inside source went on to explain. They detailed more, "She had a lot of fun with Andrew but it was never love or anything like that."

Madonna and Andrew met on a photoshoot soon after Madonna split last year from 28-year-old Ahlamalik Williams, the backup dancer with whom she had a three-year relationship.

News of Madge's mental condition arrived just a few weeks after she reacted furiously to social media buzz about her puffy-faced look at the Grammys. Earlier this month, the "Material Girl" songstress took the Grammys stage to introduce Sam Smith and Kim Petras, the first trans woman to perform at the show and win a Grammy, for their performance of "Unholy".

Unfortunately, Madonna quickly became a trending topic after fans made remarks about how different her face looked. Upon learning of the backlash, Madge issued a statement, blasting "ageism and misogyny." She wrote in a lengthy Instagram post, "Many people chose to only talk about Close-up photos of me Taken with a long lens camera By a press photographer that Would distort anyone's face!!"

"Once again I am caught in the glare of ageism and misogyny That permeates the world we live in," she continued. "A world that refuses to celebrate women pass the age of 45 And feels the need to punish her If she continues to be strong willed, hard-working and adventurous."

More recently, Madonna poked fun at her swollen "surgery" face. Taking to Twitter, she posted a photo that showed her flaunting her wrinkle-free face and wearing "Spiritually Hungry" baseball cap. "Look how cute i am now that swelling from surgery has gone down. Lol," she captioned the snap.
