In the said photo, which was shared on Instagram on Wednesday, February 22, the 49-year-old beauty and the Tokio Hotel rocker shared a kiss as they posed for a mirror selfie. The lovebirds were surrounded by dozens of heart-shaped balloons as well as a massive bouquet of red roses.
The "America's Got Talent" judge also attached a video of her and her spouse cuddling up and kissing in bed. She additionally uploaded a photo of fourth-anniversary cupcakes.
Heidi and Tom dated for one year before tying the knot in 2019. They exchanged wedding vows in a secret ceremony in California, before getting married in front of their family and friends in Capri, Italy, later that year.
Earlier this month, Heidi revealed she would consider having more kids with her guitarist husband. "It depends what day it is, sometimes I'm here [for it], sometimes here [where I am not], you know? I mean it's a lot. I've done it four times. I breastfed eight months each time [with my four kids] and then I was pregnant again. Three times in a row. Again [my children are] 18, 17, 16, and then 13. Now I waited a long time, so maybe [yes]," she said on "The Jennifer Hudson Show".
Heidi is already a mother to 18-year-old daughter Leni, whom she shares with ex-partner Flavio Briatore as well as 17-year-old son Henry, 16-year-old son Johan and 13-year-old daughter Lou with former husband Seal. As for Tom, he has no children with model Ria Sommerfeld, whom he was married to from 2015-2018.
