The former 'Today' co-host slams the two former 'Good Morning America' co-anchors after they were let go by ABC News following the brouhaha regarding their relationship.

AceShowbiz - Megyn Kelly rips Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes over their affair that has cost them their jobs. Weighing on the pair's relationship in a new episode of "The Megyn Kelly Show" on Sirius XM radio, she slams the way they handled the scandal.

Megyn, whose "Today" program was canceled in 2018 due to a segment discussing blackface, thinks that there was still a way for Amy and T.J. could have kept their jobs. "Those two could have come out they could have said on the show the next day, 'We are very embarrassed,' " she said during a conversation with attorneys Arthur Aidala and Mark Eiglarsh.

" 'This was a private matter that we wanted to resolve privately given the fact that we have kids and we have spouses, but we couldn't, given the Daily Mail report,' " the 52-year-old further weighed in. " 'And we are going to take a leave of absence to deal with this. And we hope that we can earn your forgiveness and trust when we come back.' And then, lay low."

But instead, the lovers were "kissing and fondling while their spouses, who they cheated on, are posting sad-faced pictures with their kids, who look incredibly forlorn." She called the PDA photos a "massive PR error."

"They don't understand - no one looks at this and says 'true love,' " the former NBC News correspondent claimed. She seemed to be irritated by Amy and T.J.'s apparent carefree attitude despite the backlash. "They cheated on their spouses. They cheated on their children," she stressed. "Yes, it happens. It's sad. Act like it's sad. Stop projecting 'I don't give a s**t about anybody who I hurt.' "

"I think there is a very good reason why they lost their jobs," Megyn explained. "I think it was two things - the ridiculous PR behavior they engaged in post the scandal breaking. They handled the media exactly the wrong way, in my view. And number two, it came out that he had all these other alleged affair partners at ABC."

ABC announced the decision to let Amy and T.J. go on January 27 following a mediation session with the network executives. The pair reportedly came to an exit agreement that included compensation packages, but the details are not disclosed.

Following news of their exit, Amy and T.J. were spotted packing on the PDA. The former "20/20" co-host jumped into her boyfriend's arms and wrapped her legs around his waist on the sidewalk in Los Angeles. The lovebirds were also seen hugging and holding hands.
