The first day of the second week of the trial sees Meg's stylist EJ King taking the stand and prosecutors trying to add two new counts to Tory's felony charges.

AceShowbiz - Tory Lanez's trial over the July 2020 shooting incident involving Megan Thee Stallion continued on Monday, December 19. In the meantime, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office reportedly has police searching for the Houston hottie's former bodyguard after he went missing and skipped his scheduled testimony.

According to TMZ, Justin Edison was supposed to testify on Friday, December 16 in the Canadian rapper's trial. Law enforcement sources told the news outlet that Justin's "disappearance" raised many eyebrows as investigators paid a visit to an L.A. home on Monday morning, attempting to locate him.

The goal of the search was to find out what Justin's availability would be for testifying but the authorities still have no clue where he is. Sources added that no one has reported Justin as missing and he's not considered a "missing" person.

While the cops have no clue about his whereabouts, Justin posted a message on his Instagram account earlier this month that he'd be working in Qatar for the FIFA World Cup for a few weeks. "Closing out the year protecting clients over the next few weeks of the World Cup. Another country stamp, God is Good #blessed," he captioned the post.

A source close to Justin told Media Take Out over the weekend, "Justin was hired as personal security [for a very important person] and is currently in Qatar, while [the person he is protecting] is at the World Cup."

It's also said that Justin "plans to continue with his security gig, until the VIP he's protecting is back home, safe and sound." The insider added that Justin won't likely return to the United States until Thursday, December 22, at the earliest. Unfortunately, by then, the trial will have concluded as testimony for the case is expected to end on Tuesday, December 20 according to Judge Herriford.

In Monday's trial proceedings, Megan's stylist EJ King took the stand and testified about Megan and her former assistant/BFF Kelsey Nicole Harris' behavior during Kylie Jenner's party in July 2020. EJ told the jury that he repeatedly urged the Hot Girl Meg to leave the bash.

"I remember Corey (Corey Gamble, Kris Jenner's boyfriend) insinuated to wrap up the party before Tory even arrived at Kylie's, which was around 8 or 9 P.M.," EJ, who claimed he didn't drink that night, said. "I don't like feeling like the last black people in somebody's house."

Later, EJ said that he witnessed Megan being intoxicated and making a "slight comment" to Kylie at one point. "After Kelsey told Kylie, 'You're fun, you're a vibe,' Meg followed by saying, 'I'm really glad because I thought you were a lame,' " the fashion stylist shared.

EJ added that when Tory arrived, both Kylie and Meg "were happy to see him" before the girls started drinking again with the "Say It" emcee. Then, EJ noticed "Meg's energy shifted from fun Megan to irritated Megan." EJ also noted that Meg can be "aggressive" when faded past a certain point.

Elsewhere during the sixth day of testimony in Tory's trial, prosecutors reportedly tried to add two new counts to his charges, but judge denied it. Tory has been charged with three felony counts, including assault with a firearm causing great bodily injury, concealing a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle and discharging a firearm with gross negligence. If convicted, he faces a maximum of 22 years and eight months in prison and possible deportation.
