Internet users don't seem to take the 35-year-old emcee's action seriously as some of them suggest that the 'All Eyes on You' rapper will be back to the platform soon.

AceShowbiz - Meek Mill is staying away from Twitter forever. On Sunday, December 18, the rapper announced that he abandoned the micro-blogging platform as he deactivated his account forever.

"Ima deactivate twitter forever and go to a new social where it's more good vibes based off building, creating and motivation!" so Meek said in his last tweet before his account disappeared. "Whoever run my s**t turn this off forever … ima takeover my YouTube account to replace me interacting with supports! Too many bots and weird people."

Internet users, however, didn't seem to take Meek's action seriously. "He deactivate all the time and come back lol," one person said in an Instagram comment.

"This feel like when little me was mad at my mom. And I said to myself 'I can't live like this no more!' so I packed a bag full of gummies and stuffed animals fully prepared to start a new life somewhere," someone else joked. Another user predicted that Meek will come back to Twitter soon as saying, "Naw he gon be right back. Meek love twitter too much to leave it for good."

One other trolled the emcee, "This ain't an airport. You don't have to announce your departure. Just GO." Another person added, "Hell be back by 12am tonight."

However, some others did agree with the "All Eyes on You" rapper. "Ever since Elon took over it just been crappy!!" one said, referring to Elon Musk buying Twitter for $44 billion. Someone else suggested, "We Need a Black Owned Social Media Platform."

Meek's decision to leave Twitter, meanwhile, arrived after he clapped back at Kanye West who laughed at him after he called out the Yeezy designer for Ye's controversial "White Lives Matter" T-shirts. Shading Ye, the "Expensive Pain" artist bragged about having a family.

"Never lost my mind for fame or money…," Meek wrote on Twitter on Sunday, December 11. "I still have my family… my people respect me… I'm freeing people from prison, doing community service all month with children up close and personal… I'm chilling wit my son and his friends today… y'all on clubhouse at 50 lol."

Ye previously burst into laughter when speaking about Meek who blasted him over his "White Lives Matter" T-shirts. "Why I made somebody think that Meek Mill could say something to me?" the ex-husband of Kim Kardashian said during a Clubhouse chat. "No, this is the funniest thing of everything. I'm about to start crying laughing. Sorry- no I'm literally in tears."
