AceShowbiz - Dr. Wendy Osefo seemingly doubted "The Real Housewives of Potomac" co-star Mia Thornton's friendship with Peter Thomas. In a preview of Sunday, November 27 episode of the Bravo series, Wendy claims that Peter talked "s**t" about his supposed pal Mia.
In the preview, which was obtained by Page Six, the professor is hanging out with fellow Housewives Ashley Darby, Karen Huger and Candiace Dillard. At one point, she shares that Peter once said that Mia had shady behavior.
"Well, let's keep it real," Wendy alleges. "Peter told me that him and G [Mia's husband, Gordon] and Mia used to go on vacations together, but Mia did some snake s**t to Peter's girlfriend at the time."
The "Tears of My Mother" author later mocks Mia for calling Peter, who is "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum Cynthia Bailey's ex-husband, her "brother." She says, "So all this, 'Peter's my brother?' Since when is Peter your brother? Because last time I checked, Peter told me that he stopped messing with y'all."
Wendy and Mia are at odds over Peter after Mia threw a drink in Wendy's face during the girls' trip to Miami in the previous episode. They were having dinner at Bar One Miami Beach, which was owned by Peter, when the altercation took place. Wendy revealed earlier in the season that she had planned to have a joint business in Baltimore with Peter.
During the dinner, Mia said that Peter told her that he and Wendy had "beef" because she came to his city without contacting him. When Mia confronted Wendy about the matter, Wendy insisted that she wasn't beefing with Peter. Mia, however, ignored Wendy's explanation and threw water in her face instead.
"I'm hurt because I feel as though no one should violate someone and their space," Wendy says in the new sneak peek, reflecting on the incident. "And she threw a drink at me over Peter?!"
Mia, meanwhile, admitted that she was wrong in a series of tweets on Wednesday. "Reactivated to say, My actions towards Wendy was intolerable. It's unfortunate that you all will attack my family, friends and my businesses based on an edited tv show," she said after returning to Twitter. "While I was committed to drama and entertainment I must do what's best for brand & partners. Much love, Mia."
Mia further expressed her remorse in a follow-up tweet. "I take FULL ACCOUNTABILITY, I was wrong. No one deserves to be treated with disrespect. I'm sorry I let you all down," she said.
