It has also been unveiled that the Brazilian supermodel quietly bought a $1.25 million modest Miami home amid the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback's return to the NFL.

AceShowbiz - Details surrounding Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen's divorce have been unveiled. According to court documents, the now-estranged couple took a "family stabilization" course before finalizing their divorce.

In the paperwork, it's explained that each completed a "Parent Education and Family Stabilization" course before finalizing their divorce on Friday, October 28. Per Page Six, the NFL star finished the four-hour course on October 25 while the Brazilian supermodel completed it on October 26.

According to the certificates, divorcing parents are "required" to complete the course. In addition, per Florida law, separating and divorcing parents must take this course as it's designed to educate, train and assist parents in regards to the impact divorce can have on parents and children.

Tom and Gisele share two biological kids, 12-year-old Benjamin and 9-year-old Vivian. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback also has a 15-year-old son Jack from a previous relationship with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan.

Gisele filed for divorce on October 28 after 13 years of marriage, citing that the union was "irretrievably broken," according to the court documents. The legal papers also show that the former couple has agreed on a marital settlement agreement, which will remain confidential.

Both Gisele and Tom spoke out on social media shortly after the news broke of their divorce. Taking to her Instagram Story, the 42-year-old beauty wrote, "My priority has always been and will continue to be our children whom I love with all my heart." Many believe that she actually threw shade at Tom, who allegedly chooses his football career over his family.

"We have grown apart and while it is, of course, difficult to go through something like this," Gisele continued. She, however, noted that she feels "blessed for the time we had together and only [wishes] the best for Tom always."

Tom added in his own statement on Instagram that he and his now-ex-wife had made the "painful and difficult" decision "after much consideration." He also noted, "We only wish the best for each other as we pursue whatever new chapters in our lives that are yet to be written."

In September, it was reported that Gisele had gotten into an "epic fight" with Tom over the seven-time Super Bowl champion's alleged neglect of his family. "Gisele has always been the one with the kids. They had agreed he would retire to focus on the family, then he changed his mind," said a source.

Shortly after Tom decided to return to the NFL following his brief retirement, Gisele allegedly bought a modest $1.25 million home in Miami. According to the New York Post, the property has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. A far cry from the luxury she's used to, the suburban spread spans only 1,540 square feet. Records show she closed on the home on February 28 via an LLC.
