AceShowbiz - Congratulations are in order for Josh Duhamel and Audra Mari. A little over eight months after announcing their engagement, the "Life as We Know It" and his fiancee finally tied the knot at Olivet Lutheran Church in Fargo, North Dakota.
The 49-year-old and the 28-year-old beauty exchanged wedding vows on Saturday, September 10. After saying "I do", the couple hopped in a vintage red convertible to cruise around town in celebration.
Following the ceremony, Josh and Audra stopped by a bar called Duffy's Tavern to celebrate the occasion by sharing a few drinks with their pals. The "Safe Haven" star looked sharp in a black tuxedo, while the former Miss Teen North Dakota looked stunning in her voluminous gown.
Josh announced his engagement to Audra back in January. Making use of Instagram, he shared photo of himself and his now-wife by the beach. In the snap, he was seen holding up a handwritten letter that read, "Audra Diane Mari Will You Marry Me?"
In the accompaniment of the post, Josh gushed, "It's on!! She found a message in a bottle that washed ashore and said YES!! @audramar." The proposal also marked Audra's 28th birthday.
The post did not go unnoticed by Josh's ex-wife Fergie (Stacy Ferguson). The singer, who shares young son Axl Jack Duhamel with the actor, raved in the comment section, "Congrats!!! [several green heart emojis]." Matt Lanter joined in by writing, "Congrats my man!"
Fergie and Josh announced their split back in September 2017. "With absolute love and respect we decided to separate as a couple earlier this year," they declared in a joint statement at that time. "To give our family the best opportunity to adjust, we wanted to keep this a private matter before sharing it with the public."
Josh later confirmed his romance with the former Miss World America in October 2019. In the following month, he finalized his divorce from the ex-vocalist of Black Eyed Peas.
