A season 24 contestant named Kyle Capener causes uproar after he made some controversial comments during the 24-hour livestream of the CBS reality TV series, prompting fans to trend #KKKyle on Twitter.

AceShowbiz - One of the contestants in season 24 of "Big Brother" faces racism accusations. Kyle Capener caused uproar after he made some controversial comments during the show's 24-hour livestream, prompting fans to trend #KKKyle on Twitter.

In footage that emerged online, Kyle was seen assuming that the remaining contestants of color were teaming up to beat out white contestants. "Those six with that background it looks very similar to the Cookout, with a very diverse background," the 29-year-old said, referring to an all-black contestant alliance from last season intended to secure the show's first black winner.

"They've all expressed why they're in this game. Joseph - more middle eastern representation on TV. Indy - there's never been a Brazilian contestant or winner. Everyone has those whys where they all coincide," he added.

Kyle's racist comments, however, appeared to be left out in the finished product. People believed that CBS was defending Kyle amid the controversy as they also trend hashtags #StopProtectingKyle alongside #KKKKyle on Twitter.

"Wow!!! KKKyle now explicitly saying that he wants to target all of the racial/ethnic minorities in the house and his biggest fear is them uniting against him. Wants to align with Michael, Brittany, Alyssa and himself," one viewer tweeted.

Another user echoed the sentiment, writing, "Not surprised @CBSBigBrother is hiding Kyle and the silent majority's micro aggressions against the POC. Nobody cares about the POC experience because we are seen [as] less than."

A person also pointed out that Kyle previously said he wanted his all-white alliance to be a "silent majority." The user noted, "So to recap: #KKKyle wants to form a 'silent majority' of white players bc he wrongly assumes the PoC are working together. He's called them loud bullies, and felt 'jumped' talking to them. He also said Turner in a bucket hat looks like a Filipino rice farmer. #StopProtectingKyle."

Calling out "Big Brother", one user shared an image of the show's disclaimer which they believed contradicted its behavior by covering Kyle. "What is the point of putting this at the start of feeds if you're ALWAYS cutting away from conversations that touch sensitive subjects or 'may reveal prejudices and other beliefs' that you say you don't condone?" the fan questioned, "Stop protecting problematic behavior. Stop hiding the truth."

The disclaimer reads, "Big Brother is a reality show about a group of people who have no privacy 24/7. At times, the houseguests may reveal prejudices and other beliefs that CBS does not condone. Views or opinions expressed by a houseguest are those of the individuals speaking and do not represent the views or opinions of CBS. Viewer discretion is advised."

CBS has yet to respond to the criticism.
