AceShowbiz - Meek Mill has reacted after Jay-Z addressed their split on DJ Khaled's new song "GOD DID". The Philadelphia native announced his departure from Roc Nation back in July, prompting speculation that there was friction between him and his former boss.

Having remained silent for the most part, Hov finally broke his silence on the star-studded song, which was released on early Friday morning, August 19. In the track lifted off DJ Khaled's new album of the same title, the hip-hop mogul boasts about his contribution to the success of several hip-hop artists.

In his verse, he assures that there's no bad blood between him and Meek despite their split. "Me and Meek could never beef? I freed that n***a from a whole bid/ Hov did/ Next time we have a discussion who the G.O.A.T., you donkeys know this," he raps.

The 8:21 song also features references to LeBron James, Kanye West and Rihanna. "Hov did, please, Lord forgive me for what the stove did/ Nobody touched the billi' until Hov did," Jay-Z confidently rhymes. "How many billionaires can come from Hov crib? Huh/ I count three, me, Ye and Rih/ Bron's a Roc boy, so four, technically."

Learning of Jay-Z's shout-out to him, Meek has since responded via Twitter.
