The new episode of the long-running NBC talent competition show sees 11 more acts hitting the stage in front of the judges in order to fight for two spots in the Finale.

AceShowbiz - The third round of Qualifiers took place in the Tuesday, August 23 episode of "America's Got Talent". The new outing saw 11 more acts hitting the stage to fight for two spots in the Finale. Kicking off the night was MPLUSPLUS.

Unfortunately, the group faced technical difficulties during their performance prior to the performance. Thankfully, things went off without a hitch when they were onstage. Despite that, judge Howie Mandel said, "This did not blow me away." Heidi Klum agreed, while Simon Cowell begged a differ. "Isn't that a Vegas show?" he asked, and Sofia Vergara was on his team.

Later, singing duo Jojo and Bri returned to the stage with a fun performance of Des'ree's "You Gotta Be". Heidi claimed that she wanted to "bottle up this vibe" that they're giving off. As for Simon, he called the pair one of his favorite auditions though he noted that they went off-key at some points during their performance.

Following it up was The Cline Twins, who brought their A game with their hockey act. For the Quarterfinals, the pair incorporated a lot of movement and event got up close and personal with the judges. Sofia was impressed, noting that they're "something we've never had on 'AGT'." Simon echoed the sentiment, saying that they were the "best act of the night" so far. Howie cheekily added, "You guys are so puckin' good."

The next performer was Amanda Mammana, who stunned everyone with another original song and shines on stage. "What a difference from the shy person we met," Simon raved. Heidi loved "the beautiful song," while Sofia dubbed Amanda a "very inspiring, beautiful girl." Meanwhile, XOMG POP! brought high energy to the stage. Simon said that while he didn't like the song, he liked their energy. Sofia, meanwhile, praised them for being "more prepared, more in sync" compared to their audition.

Magician Nicholas Ribs then wowed the audience and judges with his interactive act. Heidi said that Nicholas' "combo of technology and reality is mind-blowing," with Simon claiming that this magic act was "one of the best we've ever seen."

Up next was drummer Mia Morris and Simon said that the performance was a "fantastic mess." Howie, meanwhile, said that while Mia is a rock star, he could not say if she's an amazing singer or songwriter. Heidi, however, thought that Mia gives everything she has.

Comedian Hayden Kristal then successfully entertained everyone with her jokes as Howie and Heidi were cracking up. Simon even gave her a standing ovation and told Hayden that she "really popped tonight" and that she has a real "star glow" about her. Ventriloquist Celia Munoz also earned praises after singing "Hopelessly Devoted to You" to pay tribute to the late Olivia Newton-John.

Meanwhile, Funkanometry failed to impress Sofia and Heidi despite bringing plenty of charm to the stage. Simon and Howie, however, said that they enjoyed the performance. Rounding out the night was Simon's Golden Buzzer act Sara James. The 14-year-old took the stage to sing a unique rendition of Elton John's classic "Rocket Man" which earned her a standing ovation from the judges.

"I am actually very emotional for you right now," Simon gushed before calling her a "genius" for her song choice. Howie, meanwhile, called that a "winning performance."

The results of the third round of Qualifiers will be revealed in the Wednesday, August 24 episode.
