In a candid social media post, the 'Baby One More Time' hitmaker tells her fans and followers that everything feels much better and 'lighter' since her conservatorship was finally terminated after 13 years.

AceShowbiz - Britney Spears is feeling grateful for her life after she suffered a pregnancy loss. The "Oops!...I Did It Again" hitmaker took to social media to share that she's "never been more happy in [her] life."

The "Toxic" songstress recently suffered a miscarriage, but apart from that tragedy, she insisted everything feels much better and "lighter" since her conservatorship was finally terminated last November after 13 years. Explaining how she wants to stop talking about her "traumatic" conservatorship, she wrote on Instagram, "I feel like I would entertain the people who hurt me."

"I do believe they would secretly like the embarrassment I would go through bringing it up 100 percent … They will no longer get the best of me and humiliate me," Britney continued. "I've never been more happy in my life in the past several months since it's been over besides my miscarriage!!! My spirit feels lighter and I genuinely laugh and smile now and my eyes are hungry for more each day."

The "Circus" singer, who is engaged to Sam Asghari and has Sean Preston, 16, and 15-year-old Jayden with ex-husband Kevin Federline, didn't talk about her conservatorship in her post. However, she shared that she is documenting her experiences in her memoir, which she is currently working on.

Britney explained, "Nobody should have to go through what I went through ... I've made a point to capture my experience through a book ... I am writing." She went on to add, "It's all written on pages that people will hold with their own two hands and hopefully have a better understanding."

The 40-year-old star wanted to open up about her experiences to reassure her fans they are not alone. She said, "Trust me I KNOW if you're going through something and you feel so distant from everything … it's hard to confront your mind and say … 'oh you're not alone' … it's easier said than done, but I need to share through it all."

"My subconscious knew it was gonna be ok … the spirit within me that told me to keep moving forward was all I had … it's what I hung onto," Britney added. She then ended her lengthy post with a thank you for fans. "Their hearts knew and there's not a single day that goes by that I'm not aware of that and I'm so grateful to have my fans," she concluded.
