Aside from talking about the South Korean boyband's member, the 'About Damn Time' singer gushes about the group's positive energy, revealing she would love to have a collaboration with them.

AceShowbiz - Lizzo proved that technology can bring people from different parts of the world closer together. In a new episode of "Audacy" podcast series, the "About Damn Time" singer revealed that she has developed a friendship with BTS/Bangtan Boys' J-Hope, and praised him for his "expressive" texts.

During the Thursday, April 28 episode, the "Truth Hurts" hitmaker was asked by host Kevan Kenney about his relationship with the South Korean boyband. "What's my relationship with the B to the T to the S?" she answered, "I got J-Hope's number, so we be texting."

Lizzo went on to give details about J-Hope's texting habit. "He's a great texter, expressive. He does not leave you unread," she spilled, "If it's been awhile since he's texted, he's like 'I'm so sorry,' and he apologizes for how long it's taken."

The "Juice" crooner continued gushing about BTS. "Good people, like really good energy," she raved, "I think that's always why I've gravitated towards BTS because they remind me of myself where it's like, self-love and this positive energy and the way they love their fans."

Lizzo went on to say she is on the same wavelength as the "Dynamite" hitmaker. "I feel the same way," she expressed, "And they genuinely have just a pure, positive energy all the time."

When asked about the possibility of future collaboration with BTS, the "Rumors" rapper did not hesitate to vocalize her dream. "Absolutely," she declared, "I have to be careful because their fans are fierce! But absolutely, I would just say that. I would love to." She then gave a shout out to the group's fanbase, "Love you ARMY!"

In terms of other collaboration, Lizzo also dished, at the beginning of the episode, on her surprise Coachella performance with Harry Styles. "First, Harry wanted to do hologram but I was like, 'I don't know, I feel like someone has already done that,' " she explained.

The 34-year-old singer revealed that she was not expecting it either. "For me, it's genuinely a surprise because I think I [also] found out Wednesday night," she continued, "I was like rehearsing because I was genuinely going to Coachella to see Harry."

"I love his music, that's my guy, I'm a fan. So yeah, I was like 'I'm gonna pull up, celebrate my birthday early,' and then Wednesday night, [Harry was like] 'Do you wanna rehearse and do 'I Will Survive'?' " Lizzo elaborated further, "And I was like, 'F**k yeah!' so I pulled up a day early and we ran it like three times in his trailer and we just did it."
