Also in the sneak peek for the new season of 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills', Erika admits she purposefully tries to make Kathy Hilton look bad to take some of the heat off herself.

AceShowbiz - Bravo has released the first trailer for "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" season 12 and it already looks tense. Erika Jayne, whose husband Tom Girardi's embezzlement scandal unfolded in the previous season, is still one of the highlights of the upcoming season as she deals with the aftermath of the legal issue and her divorce from the lawyer.

"It's my life to burn down," says Erika in the video. Garcelle Beauvais, meanwhile, shades the "Pretty Mess" author as saying, "Erika, I don't have to make you look bad. You can do that on your own."

In another part of the trailer, Erika snaps at co-star Crystal Kung Minkoff for seemingly supporting Tom's alleged embezzlement victims. "You want to be on the side of the victims because you think that's cool," Erika tells Crystal in front of other Housewives. "What I'm telling you, I don't give a f**k about anybody else but me."

Meanwhile, Lisa Rinna expresses her concern that Erika mixes alcohol and antidepressants. "Pick your antidepressants, or you drink," the "Days of Our Lives" alum tells her castmate. "But you can't do both."

Elsewhere in the video, Erika admits that she's purposefully trying to make Kathy Hilton look bad to take some of the heat off of herself. "For a year and a half, I've been f**king pummeled," Erika tells the group. Kathy's sister Kyle Richards asks Erika, "OK, so that's why you want Kathy to be called out?" to which the singer replies, "Yes, it is actually."

Things are not so good either between Kyle and Kathy, who returns as a friend. Kyle is seen confronting Kathy for allegedly badmouthing her, with Lisa playing mediator for the sisters. "You said some things about this beautiful sister of yours," Lisa tells Kyle. "I'm sorry, Kathy. You're not gonna get away with it." Kyle then tearfully says to her sister, "I feel like you hate me or something. How could you say those things?"

Lisa herself is seen struggling to cope with the death of her beloved mother and frequent "RHOBH" guest star, Lois. "I'm trying to figure out how to live without my mom," she says in tears during the ladies' glamorous dinner. "I'm in a lot of pain, you guys, and I'm doing the best I can."

The trailer also includes a glimpse of the burglary of Dorit Kemsley's home, during which she begged to the burglars to spare her life and her kids'. Kathy is seemingly also feuding with Erika and Dorit as the two say they shouldn't unlock the door for Kathy when she arrives at a boutique.

The fights and tears aside, the cast members also know how to have fun as they are seen enjoying a ski vacation, partying on a yacht and splurging their money on designer handbags.

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" returns with the new season on Wednesday, May 11 at 8 P.M. ET on Bravo.
