AceShowbiz - Blue Ivy is seemingly on her way to outgrowing her grandmother, Tina Knowles-Lawson. After the businesswoman shared a birthday tribute to her "talented" granddaughter, fans couldn't help but gush over how tall the young Grammy winner already is.
On Friday, January 7, Tina took to her Instagram account to share a picture of her and Blue posing by the beach. In the snap, the 68-year-old was seen wearing a black jumpsuit with white polka dots. The eldest daughter of Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z, meanwhile, donned a black blazer and white pants that she paired with white Balenciaga sneakers.
In the caption of the post, Tina raved, "My beautiful Talented and super smart Grandaughter Blue Ivy turned 10 today! God it seemed like yesterday you came into the world running things." She added, "Blue is my little Capricorn Twin . I prayed for her to be born on my birthday but she did what she always does she came when she got good and ready three days later but we still share the bond."
"She reminds me that 'Grandma you are acting just like a Capricorn.' Blue gives the best advice like a grown person I sometimes forget that she is so young!!!" the fashion designer continued praising her grandchild. "Blue is one of those rare gifted people that can do everything well! God Blessed me the day you were born! My Sweet , Beautiful Baby Blue. Happy Birthday."
Tina's famous pals rushed to the comment section to wish Blue a happy birthday. One in particular was Naomi Campbell who wrote, "Happy Birthday Blue Ivy." Octavia Spencer exclaimed, "Awww! Happy birthday!!" She then added in another comment, "So tall!!!"
