According to Abbey Wilson's attorney, Ronald Richards, the model is 'not missing' and has 'full temporary custody' of the children after being accused of kidnapping the twin young daughters.

AceShowbiz - "Girls Gone Wild" founder Joe Francis' ex-girlfriend has responded to an allegation that she kidnapped their children. Abbey Wilson has denied the "bogus claims" made by her former partner, according to her attorney Ronald Richards.

"In response to the bogus claims, our client is not missing," the attorney said on Wednesday, December 29, adding that the Mexican court "has her address." The lawyer for the mom of two went on to claim that his client has "full temporary custody" of the children she shares with her ex Joe.

Abbey's legal team stated, "She categorically denies she has been charged with kidnapping." Ronald further noted that while Abbey has full temporary custody, Joe only has "limited supervised visitation."

"She has retained counsel and any court papers, like in the U.S., are served on counsel of record. There is no Amber Alert or any other bulletin looking for her," Ronald explained. In addition, Abbey accused Joe of being physically and verbally abusive during their relationship.

Ronald also claimed that Joe hasn't provided his 7-year-old twin daughters with financial support in "any way, school, education, medical bills, food, etc." The Los Angeles-based lawyer, known for his involvement in Tom Girardi's bankruptcy case, added that the 48-year-old film producer has two outstanding warrants for his arrest in Los Angeles.

Ronald went on to allege that Joe "brutally attacked and beat Abbey up." The lawyer elaborated, "He is angry and trying to make her look bad because he is angry he went to jail last year."

Ronald then described Joe as "a violent human being and his track record proves that." The attorney continued, "He has a history of submitting false stories about our client. He should surrender to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department fugitive detail who has been looking to execute those outstanding bench warrants for over five years."

Abbey's denial came after Joe accused her of kidnapping their daughters in Mexico. In the court documents obtained by TMZ, Joe alleged that he was supposed to see the girls on Christmas Day, but that plans fell through as Abby and their children have seemingly "fallen off the grid," adding that the kids had not been seen in ten days.

The petition further accused the 33-year-old model of family violence, noting that "authorities have tried to serve her with papers," but haven't been able to as she hasn't been living at her listed residence for at least six months. The legal papers also claimed that she and the kids are actually living with another man.
