The '…Baby One More Time' singer hits a Hollywood hotspot, Catch, for a celebratory dinner with her fiance Sam Asghari after her 13-year conservatorship ended.

AceShowbiz - Britney Spears is clearly still in celebratory mood after her conservatorship was terminated. The singer has admitted she recently had her "first glass of champagne" in nearly 14 years to celebrate her freedom, breaking her sobriety streak.

On Sunday, November 14, the 39-year-old hit celebrity hotspot Catch in West Hollywood to have a dinner with her fiance Sam Asghari. They apparently popped a bottle of champagne inside the restaurant as she revealed how she spent the weekend on Monday.

"What an amazing weekend … I felt like I was on cloud 9 the whole time !!!" she posted on her Instagram account along with a picture of a lipstick. "I actually got my first glass of champagne at the most beautiful restaurant I've ever seen last night !!!! I'm celebrating my freedom and my B day for the next two months !!!!!!!!!!! I mean after 13 years … I think I've waited long ENOUGH !!!!"

Britney credited her lawyer Mathew Rosengart, whom she hired in July, as writing, "I'm so happy my lawyer Mathew Rosengart came into my life when he did … he has truly turned my life around … I'm forever thankful for that !!!! What a sight seeing so many people celebrating my victory …. I love my fans so much … so thank you !!!!"

The pop star also gave a shoutout to Hailey Baldwin, who dressed up as her for Halloween. "Psssss please do not laugh at my latest post !!!! I realized I got really excited with my lime green shoulder padded shirt !!! The only person I've ever seen wear shoulder pads is @HaileyBieber. She was me for Halloween …," she wrote of Justin Bieber's wife.

She went on talking about her shirt preference, "I think I won brownie points with my kids !!!! But seriously though … how freaking cool is that ???? Okay so I posted four times in one day in the same shirt …. I liked the way it made me feel and I never knew shoulder pads were extremely flattering !!!!"

Britney had first gotten sobber in 2007 following her public mental breakdown. She was believed to have abstained from alcohol while under the conservatorship.

On November 12, a judge agreed to terminate her 13-year conservatorship without requiring any further mental evaluation. Celebrating the outcome, the "Lucky" singer posted a video of her fans popping confetti outside the Los Angeles courthouse. "Good God I love my fans so much it's crazy!!! I think I'm gonna cry the rest of the day !!!! Best day ever … praise the Lord … can I get an Amen ???? #FreedBritney," she wrote along with the clip.
