While Candiace Dillard's husband Chris Basset is ready to put the whole thing behind them, it wasn't the case for Ashley Darby's Michael as he says, 'I don't like people being mean to my wife.'

AceShowbiz - Karen Huger's vow renewal with husband Ray saw a drama between Candiace Dillard's husband Chris Basset and Ashley Darby's beau Michael. The two, who were involved in a physical fight last season, were at it again at the vow renewal which was featured in "The Real Housewives of Potomac" season 6 finale.

At the event, Robyn Dixon's fiance Juan tried to get the two men to squash their beef. "We want to squash this s**t though, right?" Juan said to Chris and Michael. To that, Chris responded, "I'm going to say it right now, then I'm going to let you enjoy your dinner. Whatever happened at Juan and Robyn's thing, it happened right? And I can let it go."

While Chris was ready to put the whole thing behind them, it wasn't the case for Michael. "I have a long memory and I don't like people being mean to my wife," he said. Chris replied, "I can understand you being upset with [Candiace]. But to come at me the way that you did in that moment, I felt was disrespectful."

Michael then said, "This is a backhanded way of trying to do it," adding, "Be a man and stand up and apologize if you want to apologize. If you don't want to apologize, don't tell me to apologize."

He also demanded Chris for putting his hands on him at Robyn's annual holiday party. Robyn then chimed in, "But Michael, you can't sit here and act like you did nothing wrong," to which, Michael responded, "What did I do?"

Seemingly having had enough, Candiace accused Michael of using his "whitest privilege." She added, "You do nothing wrong. The white privilege of it all is nasty. I can't."

In her confessional, Candiace said, "I think that Michael has been afforded an amount of privilege to not ever have to take responsibility for anything. He can buy 'em off, pay 'em off, threaten to sue them or whatever he does, and then he will forsake his own wife for his own pleasures and degrading desires."

Meanwhile, Juan still tried to get Michael and Chris to make up. "We're all going to be bigger men and say, 'You know what? Let's move on,' " Juan persuaded. "I don't necessarily have any problems with you. I'm okay," Michael later said. Chris then shared, "Same, that's all I'm trying to say." The two then reluctantly hugged each other.

While Michael and Chris decided to bury the hatchets, Michael was still bothered by Candiace's "white privilege" comment. "Just because you feel a way about something, doesn't always mean you need to express it in the moment," Michael said. Candiace responded, "Here is my problem, that motherf***ker thinks that everybody is going to bow down to him and my a** is not."
