Ali Abulaban, who has nearly a million followers on the social media app, murders his estranged wife and a friend, whom he believes his wife was having affair with.

AceShowbiz - TikTok star Ali Abulaban has been accused of murdering his estranged wife and a friend, whom he thought she was having affair with. According to jail records, Ali has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder.

KNSD reports that Ali, who has nearly a million followers on the social media app, was arrested into San Diego Central Jail last week hours after a shooting on the 35th floor of the Spire San Diego luxury apartment complex on Island Avenue in the East Village. He allegedly confessed to shooting his wife Ana and her friend, Cadenas Barron.

Prosecutors claimed that Ali had been living at a hotel after his estranged wife kicked him out of their San Diego apartment on October 18. He then started stalking his wife after he snuck back into the apartment to download an app with a listening device on his 5-year-old daughter's iPad that was left in a bedroom. Deputy District Attorney Taren Brast additional revealed in court Monday that Ali trashed the apartment before leaving.

Through the said app, he heard his wife talking with another man and that made him angry. He quickly went to the apartment with a loaded gun and shot Cadenas three times in the neck, cheek and back of the head at close range. He later shot Ana in the forehead.

Ali then called his mother, confessing about the murder, before picking up his daughter from school while still carrying the weapon he used to kill his wife. He later called police to confess while driving and was subsequently taken into custody.

The murder arrived a month after Ana filed a police report against her husband. In the report, she claimed that he pushed and injured her.

He is scheduled to appear at the court on Thursday.
