AceShowbiz - Aaron Carter might become a new father in the near future. Months after announcing that his fiancee Melanie Martin suffered a pregnancy loss, the "I Want Candy" crooner revealed that they are expecting their child together as he showed off a positive pregnancy test via social media clip.

Making use of Instagram on Sunday afternoon, March 7, the 33-year-old shared a video that showed him pacing back-and-forth in his living room while waiting for the result of a second test. "Alright, so this is the second one we're testing, cause the first one came out like this," he first said in the clip which showed a glimpse of the positive result.

Aaron's fiancee Melanie then chimed in, "I don't know whats going on. You can see it." He was quick to reply, "Well ya, cause you're pregnant." When one more strip began to form in the second test kit, he exclaimed, "Here we go! Ok well that's for sure. It's coming through 100 percent."

The "Dancing with the Stars" alum's post has since been flooded with congratulatory comments from his fans. One raved, "Awww Congratulations." Another gushed, "Congratulations. God blessed you both with this." A third added, "Aaawh congratulations to you both!! It's a wonderful thing."

In June 2020, Aaron revealed that he and Melanie got back together after parting ways for more than one month. The singer, who announced that Melanie was pregnant in April, also revealed that she suffered a miscarriage. "She suffered a miscarriage due to stress conditions," he stated in a YouTube livestream.

"We're gonna give it some time, let her heal and then we're going to try again," the younger brother of Nick Carter went on. "We both want that. I gotta take care of her."

Just days afterwards, Aaron informed his Instagram followers that he had popped the big question to Melanie. Posting a picture of her hands as she flaunted the sparkle, he declared, "Love wins #iloveyou3000 #engaged #fiance #ourlovestory my future Mrs Carter Melanie."
