AceShowbiz - Denise Richards is setting the records straight. "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star has been long rumored to be exiting the Bravo reality show following alleged beef with co-stars. However, Denise insisted that the rumors were far from truth.

"We were pretty much wrapped actually in December and I was asked to go to two events that we had," she said in an interview with Extra. "I did not make it to those. That was the extent of me stopping filming. I did not quit the show. The only people that said I quit are some of the people on the show, and they never asked if that was true or not."

Denise was rumored to be exiting the reality TV show after she was absent during the cast trip to New York City back in January. Her no-show arrived after the "Wild Things" star was confronted by other Housewives during a previous trip to Rome about her alleged affair with former cast member Brandi Glanville.

A source, meanwhile, previously detailed the alleged confrontation. "They confronted her in Rome because she was also s**t talking the girls to Brandi," the insider said, adding that Denise denied having an affair and talking poorly of her fellow Housewives.

Fellow "RHOBH" star Kyle Richards also addressed Denise's absence in several filmings. "[Denise] stopped, you know, basically showing up. She didn't want to face anything or deal with anything, so she either would bring her husband or disappear," Kyle said.

"That was something I really took issue with because I've been on the show for 10 years. There have been so many things have come up that were really, really painful over these 10 years. When you think about the things that people went through on this show, like, I never knew it was an option not to show up!" she went on to say.
