AceShowbiz - After relocating from Canada, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry reportedly have been living in a Beverly Hillys mansion owned by Tyler Perry. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are currently living in the $18 million house which sits in Beverly Ridge Estates, a super-exclusive gated community. Daily Mail first reported the story.

The 22-acre Tuscan-style villa allegedly boasts eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. It remains to be seen whether Harry and Meghan are renting the property or they are staying as guests. However, it should be noted that there is no record of the mansion having been sold.

According to Page Six, Tyler is currently out of town in Atlanta to set up the restart of production in his studio. The source went on to say that Oprah Winfrey might be the one who introduced the couple to the "Madea's Big Happy Family" star.

Representatives for Harry, Meghan and Tyler refused to comment.

Prior to this, it was reported that Harry and Meghan were hunting property for their own in the region of $10-20 million. Broker to the stars Josh Altman revealed that they could "low ball" their way into an amazing home.

The "Million Dollar Listing" guru shared, "You'll get a great deal over the next six months. If you're looking to spend $10 to $20 million, there are five or six gated communities that are perfect." He went on noting that Beverly Ridge is a great gated development.

Meghan and Harry, alongside their 10-month-old son Archie, reportedly left their Vancouver Island residence in Canada as they had decided to settle down in Meghan's hometown of Los Angeles, United of States. It was said that the couple chose to live "in a secluded compound" in the City of Angels, where Meghan's mother Doria Ragland also lives. The two allegedly "haven't ventured out" during the coronavirus crisis.
