The '50 First Dates' actress has been slapped with a copyright infringement lawsuit by a fabric designer for allegedly illegally copying their work for her own collection.

AceShowbiz - Drew Barrymore is being sued for copyright infringement by a fabric designer who claims the actress stole their work for her Walmart collection.
According to TMZ, Rule of Three Studio have claimed the "Charlie's Angels" actress ripped off their intricate Turkish Plume patterns for her Walmart in the Flower Home By Drew Barrymore range.
The design studio claims they started selling their cushion, which retail for between $315 and $565, back in 2015, but the Drew collection didn't launch theirs until last year 2019.
Rule of Three are also said to have slammed the screen star for boasting that all the designs for her range are entirely her own by saying, "One of the things I'm most proud of is that every single one is completely our own and original - we created each print that we developed for the line."
They're suing both Drew and Walmart, to stop sales of the cushions, and for all profits from the design, as well additional damages.
The "Santa Clarita Diet" star and her representatives have yet to respond to the lawsuit.
