Despite Porsha's explanation, some people still believe that 'International shoplifter' Marlo is stealing in the scene as one person even suggests that the Housewives are all working together.

AceShowbiz - After "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" aired its latest episode of its season 12 on Sunday, March 15, there was a wild speculation that cast member Marlo Hampton was caught stealing during a shopping outing in Greece. The ladies went to a boutique store in the country, and people thought Marlo looked a little bit suspicious.
In the episode, Marlo was seen putting some expensive clothes into a shopping bag. Further rising people's suspicion, she and co-star NeNe Leakes were whispering to each other. The little details in the episode, though it might be just a matter of production editing, convinced viewers that Marlo was stealing.
While Marlo has yet to respond to the accusations, her other co-star Porsha Williams jumped to her defense. Explaining in a comment section of an Instagram post featuring footage of Marlo allegedly stealing, Porsha wrote on Monday, March 16, "Guys stop that lil dress cost $15 she bought it for Pj," referring to her daughter Pillar Jhena.
Some others also thought that it was almost impossible for Marlo, who is rich, to steal. "She's Versace head to toe.. ain't nobody stealing a $10 t shirt," one fan reminded everyone. "I don't see how it's stealing when she is bringing it out from a bag she's already holding... and putting it back in the same bag," one other added.
Weighing in on the matter, someone wrote, "Is it me or can you see that @marlohampton takes the item out of her bag first, then she shows it to @neneleakes to ask her opinion, and then she puts the item back in her bag? I do that when I'm trying to match an outfit, I will take the item out and see if it works with something else from another store."
Despite Porsha's explanation, some still believed that Marlo did steal in the scene as one called her an "International shoplifter." One person even suggested that the Housewives were all working together so that Marlo could do her mission without being caught. "They all covered for her porsha is the distraction, Nene tryna watch the area, Kandi knows its going on aint gonna say nothing and they don't tell Kenya shiiiid," the person alleged.
