AceShowbiz - Britney Spears has once again got a lot of her fans concerned about her mental health. It all started after the pop superstar shared on Instagram a video of her speaking in British accent while on vacation in Maui, Hawaii.

In the Wednesday, February 26 video, Britney showed to her fans just how loud the birds were in the island. "Right now, I'm in Maui and I hear thousands of birds. Check this out," she said, before panning the camera to the trees so that her followers could hear the birds chirping more clearly. Switching to British accent, the blonde beauty joked, "They're so loud!"

"I've never heard something so loud before in my life … I felt like I was in a zoo !!!!! Such a cool day !!!" she wrote in the caption of the post. "PS if you're a bird then I'm a bird too … psss I get to be loud too wheeee !!!!"

Rather than focusing on the birds in the video, people in the comment section were worried by her British accent given the fact she would start using one during times when her mental health appeared to be strained. "Oh no her accent is back," one wrote. "The accent should concern us all," another said, as one other asked, "Is no one concerned for her?? And when did she get this gap in her teeth? What's happening?"

"Just don't shave your head this time," someone commented, referring to the time when Britney went bald and shocked the whole world. There was also one user who wrote, "Oh no the British accent has returned. She used to do it a lot back in 2007."

During her breakdown in 2007 and 2008, Britney infamously used a British accent while during several scuffles with paparazzi. For instance, when she pulled to the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills in her Mercendes, she asked the paparazzi in a fake British accent, "Excuse me, where's your friend?!"
