The incarcerated rapper is taken to court by a Florida lyricist named Yung Gordon as he is accused of allegedly using illegal sample for his hit song called 'Stoopid'.

AceShowbiz - Jailed rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine is facing another legal headache - a Miami, Florida rapper has accused him of ripping off his work.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Yung Gordon, real name Seth Gordon, is suing Tekashi, Tay Keith, and officials at Create Music Group for copyright infringement, claiming they used "radio drops" and sampled them on Tekashi's hit "Stoopid" without permission.

Yung Gordon claims the track even opens with a drop he wrote and performed. He is suing for an injunction prohibiting Tekashi from continuing to make money off his work plus unspecified damages.

Meanwhile, Tekashi, real name Daniel Hernandez, is serving time behind bars for gang-related racketeering and firearms charges.

He is expected to be released later this year 2020.
