AceShowbiz - "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" returned with a new episode on Sunday, December 1. The new episode saw Khloe Kardashian struggling to deal with ex and baby daddy Tristan Thompson who kept showering her with messages telling her that he was sorry and he loved her.

While it was nice, Khloe admitted that she believed it was his way to get back together with her after cheating on her with Jordyn Woods. "The most I can handle is a co-parenting relationship. I really believe that Tristan wants more than than, but that's just not what I'm about," she said.

Later during Mohegan Sun trip with pals Malika and Khadijah Haqq, she found a diamond necklace from Tristan in her hotel room. "Tristan reached out to see if we would help give Khloe this gift," Malika Haqq explained. "I think Khloe's priority is to have peace in her relationship with Tristan, and if this is one step of him showing her that he wants her to feel better…I think it's good!"

However, Khloe wasn't sure how to deal with the present. "I am conflicted to as if I should keep it or not," she said. "I just really want to make sure there are no expectations. If I accept something…is that misleading to Tristan? It's the sweetest, kindest gesture, but that doesn't mean a necklace is going to fix everything."

That was not the only expensive gift that Tristan gave her, apparently. Khloe told Scott Disick that Tristan gave her a promise ring as an early birthday gift. "I'm like, 'I don't want a present from you. He's like…'please!' And then he gives me a card and he's like, 'I hope you accept this ring?' I'm like, 'NO NO NO NO NO NO NO!' And he's like. 'It's a promise ring.' I'm like, 'I really appreciate it, but I don't think I can accept it.' He's like, 'Just think about it.' "

While Scott pointed out that the jewelry "looks fully like an engagement ring," Khloe told him that it was the card that she'd "been waiting for forever." She went on sharing, "It's the nicest, longest card in his bad handwriting, which is what I wanted -- just something tangible I could keep. I go, this is a beautiful new you I'm seeing. I just don't want there to be any blurred lines."

Meanwhile, the episode also showed Kanye West inspiring Kardashians with positivity with his dictionary game while sitting at a table with his wife Kim Kardashian and her two sisters Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian. "Kanye always wants people to be more positive so he came up with this little dictionary game," Kim said of her husband. "We pick a page in the dictionary and everyone has to underline the positive words."

They appeared to have some different opinions about some words, prompting the "Jesus Is King" rapper to say, "These always sparks these kinds of conversations. People get into parenting, this and that. It's a fire board game, like when you're board." Khloe agreed, saying, "That's true."
