AceShowbiz - Amy Winehouse's ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil was arrested on suspicion of arson on Monday, November 25, after a fire in his flat.
Neighbours called emergency services after seeing smoke emerge from the seventh floor flat in Leeds, England.
Krystal Howard, who lives next door to Blake, told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "A neighbour came banging on our door shouting that there was a fire.
"We have come out and seen and smelt the smoke and seen Blake just standing out on the landing. He said, 'It's only a bit of smoke'".
According to the publication, Blake, who has struggled with drug addiction in the past, then offered his neighbours a smoke of his "crack pipe".
After first responders arrived at the scene, Blake was taken to hospital as a precaution. He was later arrested on suspicion of arson.
Blake and Amy were married for two years before they got divorced in 2009. The "Back to Black" singer died of alcohol poisoning in July 2011, aged 27.
