Rumor has it, the troubled rapper who has been sentenced to almost four years in jail wants to complete his education and get college diploma while staying behind bars.

AceShowbiz - Kodak Black is reportedly planning to complete his education while he spends time behind bars.

The rapper has been incarcerated since May when he was arrested shortly before he was due to perform at the Rolling Loud music festival in Miami, Florida.

The "Zeze" MC, real name Bill K. Kapri, initially pleaded not guilty to falsifying information on federal forms to purchase three firearms in the state of Florida, but he changed his plea in August after reaching a deal with prosecutors.

He had faced up to 10 years in prison for his crimes, but as part of the agreement, authorities proposed he receive a lighter sentence in exchange for his co-operation.

Kodak has since been ordered to serve the next 46 months in prison, with the following three years on supervised release, and is apparently keen to use his time wisely by trying to get a college diploma by the time he gets out.

According to TMZ, the star is interested in pursuing business and marketing, and is planning to register for classes at the federal prison in Florida where he's doing his time.

Sources added he's actually planning to sit for his SAT (college admission test) when he's eventually released in hopes of getting into the University of Florida and earning a bachelor's degree.

Furthermore, the rapper is apparently occupying his time reading Friedrich Nietzsche books, as he's taken an interest in philosophy.

Last week, he was hit with two new counts of gun possession, and could face up to 30 more years behind bars for each charge if found guilty.
