Along with a black-and-white photo of his inked upper left arm, Matthew Koma explains that the design features Banks' hand being held in Luca's palm just after her first birthday.

AceShowbiz - Hilary Duff's fiance, Matthew Koma, got a sweet tattoo in honour of their kids.

The "Lizzie McGuire" star and Matthew, who got engaged in May, are parents to 12-month-old daughter Banks. Hilary is also mum to seven-year-old son Luca, whom she shares with her ex-husband Mike Comrie.

Despite not being the older child's biological father, the singer-songwriter considers the boy one of his own, and cemented their relationship with a special inking.

The design on his upper left arm shows Banks' hand in her elder brother's palm, symbolising the couple's blended family.

"Luca (7) and Banks (1) holding hands just after her 1st birthday. Thank you @curtmontgomerytattoos for engraving my kids," the musician captioned a black-and-white shot of his arm and the detailed artwork.

Actress Hilary will reprise her iconic role as Lizzie McGuire for the upcoming Disney+ reboot, which she held throughout the original series from 2001 to 2004. The new show is currently in production.
