A source suggests that the decision to get separated is most likely finals, adding that things won't be different even if a judge decides not to deport the 'RHONJ' star's husband to Italy.

AceShowbiz - There's no love lost between Teresa Giudice and husband Joe Giudice. While "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" stars have been giving vague answers when asked about the future of their marriage now that Joe is in Italy, a new report suggests that the two are heading for a divorce.

"They're definitely getting a divorce," says an insider to Radar Online of the couple who has been married for 20 years. "Teresa and Joe were arguing a lot, and wouldn't go near each other. All of the photos of them together seem forced."

Things allegedly won't change even if a judge decides not to deport Joe to his native country. "Even if Joe is allowed to move back to the U.S., Teresa is done with him," explains the source.

Seemingly being one of the factors of the alleged decision is the tension between Joe's family and Teresa. "The girls are very happy with their dad and love seeing him, but Teresa has a different attitude. Things are tense," explained the source.

The tension apparently stemmed from Joe's mother Filomena and sister Maria. The two reportedly "don't like how Teresa treated Joe during his prison stint, and didn't want to see her."

During their appearance on "The Real Housewives of New Jersey: Joe and Teresa Unlocked", which aired last month, host Andy Cohen asked the couple if they would still stay together even if Joe is being deported to his native Italy, Joe said, "If we stay together, we stay together, if we don't, we don't. You know, it's a conversation that... you know, we'll see." During the special event, it was also revealed that Teresa was set to visit Joe in Italy in the coming weeks with the couple's four daughters.

The show also saw them accusing each other of being unfaithful. "Do I feel like he was faithful? No," Teresa shared, insisting that she and the younger man she was pictured holding hands with were just friends.

Seemingly not wanting to be the one who had been rumored to have an affair, Teresa told Joe, who joins the show through a FaceTime as he's currently in his native Italy, "You were photographed with women also." In response, Joe says, "That's why it made it okay for you," while smiling bitterly.
