People may think that the "Wrecking Ball" singer and "The Hunger Games" actor are having mutual agreement of not getting back together, but a new report suggests that Miley thinks that they still have a chance.

According to Radar Online, it was Liam who hit the unfollow button on Miley's Instagram page and the action allegedly had allegedly left her heartbroken. "She thought somehow they would find their way back to each other and she was holding on to that, but then Liam unfollowed her and that was his way of saying it’s really done," said a source. "Yeah, Liam is not turning back."

The insider went on saying that the "Malibu" singer was "devastated." The source continued, "After all thats been happening with her, she had been distracting herself from it all but now she is really feeling it. It's quite sad."

The last photo that Miley liked from Liam's account was a picture he posted of the then-couple from June.

While Miley's relationshp with the Australian actor turned sour even online, she still follows her former fling Kaitlynn Carter on the photo-sharing site. The last photo that the former Disney star liked from the "The Hills: New Beginnings" cast member's account was a picture from their summer getaway.

The 31-year-old TV star recently penned essay for ELLE magazine about Miley and their brief relationship. "It had never crossed my mind that I was even capable of loving a woman the way I loved her," she shared. "It just happened and it felt exactly right. Reflecting back on our three-year friendship, I realized I'd always been drawn to her in a way I wasn't with other friends, but until that trip it had never crossed my mind to think of her in a romantic sense."
