AceShowbiz - Deyjah Harris has kept quite amid the controversy surrounding her and her dad T.I., though it appears she shares the same sentiment as the rapper's critics. The 18-year-old beauty has been caught liking several tweets that called out Tip after the latter revealed that he takes her to gynecologist every year to check whether or not she's still a virgin.
One of the tweets that Deyjah liked read, "This is disgusting, possessive and controlling whew," while another post read, " 'Give me my results' first of all mf, those are HER results!! Like WTF." One other user, whose tweet was liked by Deyjah, said on the micro-blogging site, "That is just beyond possessive."
Tip received heavy backlash after revealing that he has doctor check her hymen every year to make sure that Deyjah is still a virgin. He said during an interview that he attends the annual check-ups with her and peeps the results to verify if his daughter has been sexually active. This revelation didn't sit with many people, including Iggy Azalea and even organization Planned Parenthood.
"Idk who needs to hear this but virginity is a made-up social construct, and it has absolutely nothing to do with your hymen," so tweets posted on the organization's Twitter account read. "Some people just naturally have hymens that are more open. And many other activities besides sex can stretch your hymen like riding bike, doing sports or putting something in your vagina (like a tampon or finger) Once your hymen is stretched open, it can't grow back."
The post continued to read, "Some people think you can tell if someone's had sex before if their hymen is stretched open. But that's not the case. Say it with us: YOU CAN'T TELL IF SOMEONE'S HAD SEX BY THE WAY THEIR HYMEN LOOKS OR FEELS."
Tip himself has yet to respond to the backlash, though it appears he has been enjoying a family vacation in Mexico with his wife Tiny (Tameka Cottle) and his stepdaughter Zonnique. In a video taken from their trip, Zonnique could be seen holding a bottle of alcohol while talking to the camera, before Tip told her to put the bottle down. In response, she hit back, "I'm holding the bottle for everybody, I am 23 so..."
