In response to the New York Giants star who says he's 'disrespecting' Breanna Tate, the 25-year-old writes, 'We don't have to answer to anyone but the man above!'

AceShowbiz - Jalen Ramsey isn't going to let anyone criticize every decision he makes in his life. After Golden Tate called him out for dumping his pregnant sister Breanna Tate for a Las Vegas-based dancer, the 25-year-old Los Angeles Rams player released a statement on his own to hit back at his fellow NFL athlete.
He said in his statement, "We live in a society where ignorant people feel they are owed an explanation of what goes in our day-to-day lives... And why we make the decisions we make.. We don't have to answer to anyone but the man above!" Jalen then added that "s**t is beyond overrated."
Prior to this, Golden expressed his disappointment after news broke that Jalen had broken up with his sister after years of dating. However, the thing that made him upset the most was the fact that Jalen dumped Breanna for Monica Giavanna, even though he knew fully well that his sister is currently pregnant with their second child. When a fan suggested that s/he would "have words with this young fella" if s/he were in Golden's shoes, the New York Giants star responded, "He know he gonna have to see me."
Golden later added in a statement to the New York Post, "I'm not happy at all with the disrespect that he's shown towards my sister, and the things he's done in the past,"before assuring that he would not make the issue get worse than it already is. "I don't really want to go too much into it," he told the publication.
It's unknown when exactly Jalen and Breanna called it quits, though he went Instagram official with his new girlfriend on Thursday, October 24. Along with a photo of the couple getting cozy with each other, the cornerback wrote, "I think we need new shirts lol."
